I had a tricky bathroom situation in the attic of my cottage that needed some thoughtful planning and a custom shower door designed to match the slanted ceiling. Laura provided me with fantastic guidance and support. I'm really happy with how it all turned out.

After much thought and several visits to the shop, along with checking out various styles, we decided to go for a bathroom suite and tiles in October. The store was more than willing to hold onto them until we were set to get them installed. A couple of hiccups during delivery were quickly and efficiently handled by the crew, just as you'd hope. We're really pleased with everything and would definitely suggest this place to anyone looking for a quality bathroom.

Fantastic Support from the Wellington Crew. They were super patient and really helpful with my wife and me, walking us through the choices that fit our budget. It's awesome to have a big showroom to actually see the products instead of just looking at pictures online. The home visit and planning they provided were incredibly helpful in figuring out what we wanted. The storage and delivery when the plumber was needed were also a huge plus. After spending fifty years in the Plumbing and Heating installation business before hanging up my tools, I was genuinely impressed by the top-notch service I got from Laura at Bathroom Village. No pressure at all, just straightforward advice, and the follow-up on the delivery was spot on. The delivery guy even took the time to unload everything himself and put it all in the garage without a hitch. I’d definitely recommend Laura and Bathroom Village without a second thought.

I purchased a gold wall shower mixer tap for £540. I skipped other brands because of their poor reviews. This company kept in touch, replying to my emails promptly and providing useful info. I definitely endorse them and wouldn't think twice about shopping with them again. Super happy with the product that showed up on the promised delivery date. Fantastic company.

At the Wellington location, Laura was super helpful in showing us the illuminated bathroom cabinets and providing advice to help us pick the right one. We ended up buying a HIB Paragon 60 cabinet and they matched the online price for us. The delivery process was smooth; the driver called ahead so we could give him directions and the timing was spot on. It did take almost 3 weeks for delivery, even though we were told it would be at least 10 working days. Still, they kept us in the loop about the minor delay.
The HIB cabinet is fantastic, featuring color-changing LED lights on the sides, which is perfect for makeup application. Plus, the mirrored doors come with demisting pads, and there's a shaver point inside for charging your shaver and toothbrush.
